Our condolences to Duane's family. Duane was a good friend while we grew up attending public school in Baltic and Sunday school at East Nidaros Lutheran Church. Duane was one year younger than me and he was a classmate with my wife D'One (Aspaas). Duane and I had played sports together at Baltic. He was a competitive guy even at Sunday school as he and I would try to out do each other singling loudest. In sports he and I would see who could throw the baseball further from one end of the football field at Baltic, He is a good man and friend. Remember all the good memories.

My sympathy to the family of Duke. I worked with Duke at Avera and have such fond memories of him. What a nice man he was! Without fail, he made me smile and laugh on a daily basis. Though his humor was somewhat "dry" at times he was funny! I especially enjoyed listening to his stories of his trips to Jamaica. Rest In Peace my friend.
