Do not stand at my grave and weep by Mary Elizabeth Frye Do not stand at my grave and weep; I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there, I did not die. Deepest sympathies to the Joneson family. Myron will be missed by many family, friends and neighbors. Our son Brad helped Myron when he was growing up with his many different chores on the farm. One day at Myron's sale I still can remember a team of horses being sold and they got spooked and went through the corral. Myron was able to get them under control without no incident. Myron you will be missed but will have no more suffering!

Dear Mary, So sorry to hear about your dads' passing. Myron was always one of my greatest supporters in life. We had a nice visit last time I was back in Dells. He was so proud of you Mary! I have great memories of your dad. I am sorry I can't personally be there, I am soaking up the sun in Maui. But you are in my thought and prayers. Mahalo! Lee Ann

Margaret, Mark and Mary. I think Denise said it best. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. SO many memories of our families doing many things together when we were young. I don't know who laughed louder, Myron or Harold? I am so sorry I can not be there with you, but know I am with you in thought. Peace and love to you all.

"Where do cowboys go when they die? There must a place in the sweet bye and bye Where the water is clean and the grass grows free and there ain't a cloud in the sky..." Rest in Peace, Myron. You were one of the best. My sympathy to family and friends. I am sorry I cannot attend the services due to another commitment but will hold you all in thought and prayer.

Much love to the family and friends of this great man! Myron will not only be missed by many in your community, but also in the lives of many others he touched during his time here on earth. I think Myron was one of the tallest men I ever met--but opposite that rough exterior, was a heart the size of Texas! Thinking of you all in your time of loss--Paula Coleman

There are people in your life who have many degrees of impact, and Myron was certainly that for our entire family. From loaning a piece of equipment to lending a helping hand, to setting a wonderful example or to just being a great friend, both Myron and Margaret will always enjoy a special place in our hearts. It was only a couple of winters ago, and some of us Nelsons were snowed in at Christmastime for a few days. I had to get to Sioux Falls to catch a flight back to Indiana, and Myron and Margaret brought their four-wheel drive truck out to our farm to give me a ride not just back into Dells, but eventually all the way to the airport. There wasn't much room left after my luggage and all their things were squeezed into the cab. We had a most enjoyable, if crowded, trip in the snow. For not just that, but for my 50-plus years of memories, I thank Myron for being the giant of a man he always was, someone we could always look up to. I pray for his soul during these days, and for Margaret, Mark, Mary and all the family. May God's strength comfort you. The good part is that we will always have the wonderful memories. Thanks for sharing him with everyone. Best wishes. Jeff

Myron was a gift to our family. His visits, and most especially his phone calls, were treasures we will keep in our hearts forever. It was always fun to talk to Myron and it didn't take long for the conversation to turn to his favorite subject, four-legged animals! Okay, Margaret was also a favorite topic, and always mentioned before the talk turned to the horses. He was honest. Harworking. A man who enjoyed what he did. Today we need more men of his integrity. May Myron rest in etermal peace. Margaret, share in your loss.
