Charles "Chuck" S. Iddings

Charles "Chuck" S. Iddings, 88, of Chester, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at the Edgewood Sioux Falls Memory Care. His Memorial Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at St. Joseph the Workman Catholic Church at Huntimer.www.kahlerfh.com

Charles S. Iddings was born on August 17, 1934 in Danbury, IA to Charles L. Iddings and Audrey (Livermore) Iddings. He married Rosemary E. Henrich. He served in the US Army and was employed with American Freight for 42 years. He finished his career at RAS and retired to his home on Lake Brant, Chester, SD.

He is preceded in death by his father, mother, brother, sister, sister-in-law, brother-in-law and one great-grandson.

He is survived by his wife, two sons, Michael (Evelyn) Iddings, Jeffrey (Rhonda) Iddings and a daughter, Monique (Michael) Christensen; grandchildren, Zachary (Amy) Iddings, Caitlin (Nick) Haug, Michelle Iddings, Jasmine Iddings, Alonzo Christensen and Aidan Christensen; six great-grandchildren, Clara Iddings, Elise Iddings, Bridger Iddings, Remy Haug, Scout Haug and Huxx Haug and his nieces, nephews and extended family.
