I don't know what to write except that He was an honest, easygoing and enjoyable man. Some people make it hard to be their friends. Dale made it so easy to like and enjoy his company. He was a man to ride the river with.

You only have a few in your lifetime. Dale was one of them. We went to high school together, we played football together, we worked road construction together, we built things together, we bought our first Harley together (for $85), we laughed together, we fought together, and we played together.
Dale was as good as they get - a true friend.
We will all miss him.

Dale was a big guy with an even bigger heart. Our friendship began in country school and never faltered. That is the kind of friend he was.
Our thoughts are with you.

Family of Dale,
Our condolences with your great loss of Dale. May he have eternal rest, peace and happiness with Jesus and a great reunion with his parents, sister Char, and all relatives and friends who are with him now. God bless each of you and strength, peace, and courage to go forward in the days ahead of you.

We were so sorry to hear about Dale. The last time I saw him was when he visited our family farm and I happened to be there. I have lots of memories of us kids growing up and getting together for holidays. Cherish all the wonderful memories! Jan

Dearest Diane and kids,
I was so taken back when I saw that Dale has gone to be with Jesus. I couldn't imagine his dry wit and humor not being spread to make others laugh. The kids were all so surprised too, and added what a great guy he was to them when he came to visit.
I hope you are doing okay, and I want you to know that all of you are in my daily prayers. God be with each of you during this really hard time of saying good bye to a sweet man
Sharon
