To Viola's family,
You don't know me but I knew your mom very well. Her mom, Rose Engberg, was a special babysitter for us in Bristol when our children were young. I always enjoyed talking and laughing with Viola. You knew where you stood with her! Please accept my sympathy to you at this time of sadness.
