Barbara "Bobbie" Ballard, 84, of Sioux Falls, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Southridge Health Care Center in Sioux Falls. Her funeral service will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2016 in the Kahler Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Thursday prior to the start of the service.

Barbara “Bobbie” J. Bullion was born on May 6, 1932 near Vilonia, AR the daughter of Ralph and Ruby (Fulmer) Bullion. She grew up in the Vilonia area and moved to Conway, AR when  she was eight. She graduated from Conway High School and then attended Arkansas State Teachers College for two years. She married Dalton Lloyd and they made their home in Flint, MI. She returned to Arkansas in the mid 1970’s. Barbara married Raymond Ballard and they farmed in the Conway area. He passed away in 2011. She moved to Sioux Falls in 2013.

She is survived by her daughter, Glenda Lloyd Edwards of FL; her brother, Ralph “Glenn” Bullion Jr. and his wife, Roslyn, her sister-in-love of Sioux Falls; her four grandsons and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
