Sherman Lutheran Church holds a special place in my heart. So many of my growing up memories ,of there, include your mom and your dad. They were a large part of my faith lessons. Your dad was a wonderful Sunday School teacher, much of my bible knowledge came from him. Your mom was the church lady that held our congregation together through her music. Music can be so inspiring and so was your mom. I feel that your folks helped raise children other than yourselves . I guess that's how we did it in those small churches. My prayers go out to your family at this sad time. I know Jesus welcomed your mom with a hug and whispered in her ear, "thanks for all you have done". May God Bless you all.

rose, u r a very special & the nicest person. i know dad liked u in his class. did u go 2 nsu? mom rec’d a sherman first lutheran placket for her 35 years of playing organ in sept2012. my brothers told me that mom is going to die & i did not believe them because God was not going to take my Mom from me. i got to spend 4 more years w/ mom. we talked of God & heaven a lot because she asked me if it was true that i was in heaven after my car accident (two weeks unconscious) when dad died. i told mom heaven is so peaceful & so beautiful that ya do not want to go back. rose, mom always said that you have the greatest mother. thxs 4 yr kind words.
